The top management of the company “BELT” d.o.o. With this document, Ratina establishes the mission, vision and business goals of the company, as well as the strategies for their realization and establishes the policy of an integrated management system to ensure the conditions that the products meet the expressed and unexpressed real demands of users and valid standards, laws and other regulations related to the identified significant aspects of quality management, environmental protection and significant risks for health and safety and to be produced in an environment that meets all requirements related to quality management, environmental protection, health protection and occupational safety.

The mission of the company “BELT” d.o.o. is the production and provision of services in order to supply the market with iron, namely ribbed and concrete iron, reinforcing mesh and others, which include wholesale and retail trade, in the country and abroad and which meet the expressed and expected demands of users as well as the requirements of the relevant regulations.

In the desire to constantly develop and improve the quality of our products and services, to understand and fulfill the needs and expectations of our customers and all interested parties, as well as to become a trusted partner, the company has established an effective and efficient integrated system management in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards.

“BELT” doo shows determination in fulfilling the requirements and constant improvement of the integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the standard through:

• • improving product quality and service delivery,
  • constant satisfaction of customers and users and their needs,
  • increasing market share, through building a wide distribution network and establishing long-term cooperation with business partners, suppliers and other interested parties,
  • continuous process improvement and integrated management system,
  • improvement of working conditions and internal resources
  • daily education of employees and their development on a personal and organizational level,
  • compliance with laws, regulations, standards and contractual obligations,
  • developing processes and working conditions, which will improve environmental protection and occupational safety and health, which are related to all activities in the company,
  • controlled generation of waste and its management, which arises in the production of reinforcing mesh, binary supports and other activities in the company,
  • fulfilment of legal regulations in the field of environmental protection and safety and health at work,
  • providing safe and healthy working conditions, eliminating hazards and reducing OHSAS risks, as well as a commitment to consultation and worker participation.

All employees and stakeholders are familiar with the policy of the integrated management system, and top management is responsible for implementing the policy.

In order to constantly maintain and improve the quality system, the management of the company, by regularly reviewing this quality policy, contributes to its implementation and to the management system becoming part of the awareness, work obligations and corporate culture of all employees. This creates the conditions for the company BELT doo Ratina to be a leader in business.
