On an area of 35,000 m2 of paved surface, there is an administrative building of the company and a hall for the production of processed reinforcement, cold-formed steel and binary supports with a total area of 3,400 m2.

The production capacity is 3,000 t per month, and processing is done on machines:

Schnell Robomaster 60 – bending rebar from bars up to 40mm
Calandra 132 – Machine for the production of rings and spirals from ribbed bar up to 32 mm in diameter

Cold formed steel

It is produced on a Promostar machine from Udine, Italy. 
Production program from 4mm to 10mm.

Standard reels are 2 tons, and they can be smaller and bigger, up to 3 tons, according to the customer’s request.

Binor carriers

The production capacity is 1500 tons per month. Upon order, we produce brackets from 7cm to 20cm high, while we always have brackets in stock:

H 12 – height 12 cm
H 9 – height 9 cm

The standard length is 12 meters, but we can also produce according to the customer’s specification up to 12 meters in length. 
It is produced on two lines for welding binary supports manufactured by ORU, Promelco and Eurolls from Italy.
